This report comprises the sixth deliverable (D1.6) of datAcron work package 1 System architecture and data management with main objective to describe the software design in datAcron, in accordance with the requirements specied in deliverable D1.1 and the architecture specfied in deliverable D1.2. The task has two iterations. This is the result of the rst iteration, which focuses on fast prototyping and testing of the software architecture, aiming at providing valuableexperiences as well as software components towards the second iteration. The second design iteration focuses on the integration with WP2-WP4.
