COVID19 RDF data set logo

Motivated by the global unrest related to the COVID-19 pandemic, we compiled the COVID-19 data set, which contains COVID-related data from different, public sources, and interlinking under a common semantic data model at a fine level of granularity. Data are retrieved from public sources of several European countries, which come in different schemata, formats, and granularity. Data have been transformed under the Chorologos ontology and linked to external resources to enable federated queries, towards querying data from different sources, joint data analysis, and identifying correlations at varying geographical level.

The paper can be found here. The data set is available online (daily updates).

A video illustrating the virus outbreak according to the compiled data set is available here.

A snapshot of raw data as well as preprocessed CSV tables and documentation is also available here.
